Allergies, Clean Air and Nursery Prep!

Starting off our nursery prep with clean air using the Molekule Air Mini.

One of our top priorities at home is keeping allergies at bay. Everyone in our family and our extended family has allergies, mostly environmental allergies related to pets, dust, pollen, and the like. My son unfortunately has had the worst environmental allergies since he was born which make it very hard for him to get good rest at night as they frequently flare up while sleeping.

We do all of the following currently at our house: take off shoes when entering the house and keep all shoes downstairs, regularly clean our air filters and have air cleaning devices through out the house, try to air out the house regularly with open windows, take off clothes when coming in from outdoor activities or school, shower every night to get allergens out of hair and off body, and decided against having any pets in our home.

We are also in the midst of a home renovation during which we will further remove carpeting and other toxins in our home environment as much as possible.

With a new baby on the way, we are hoping to get off to a good start in the nursery reducing irritants in the air and keeping non-toxic furnishings in there. Our first addition to the new nursery is the Molekule Air Mini.  We already know maintaining good indoor air quality in our home is crucial for everyone, but with a baby, reducing indoor air pollution in the nursery is more important than ever. Pollutants and toxins in the air can have significant effects on a baby’s development, and may affect the lungs, immune system and brain. Keeping the baby’s room filled with clean, pollutant-free air is one key to a healthy start. Features we like so far, its small, quiet and doesn’t produce lights or noise that are disruptive to sleep. Its far more bedroom friendly than the large and loud devices we have through out the common areas of our house.

For a limited time, we have a 10% discount code “10MOLEKULE” available only on Amazon if you’d like to try this device in your home as well.
