Trimester Fit Body

My signature class, Body After Baby, is a 60-minute total-body circuit workout held at beautiful Palisades Park in Santa Monica. Each class incorporates a mix of cardio, corrective exercises that heal the pelvic floor and deep core muscles, while strengthening the entire body by using equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, jump ropes, and bodyweight exercises. 

Best part is the class is BYOB: Bring Your Own Baby! Babies hang out in their strollers or on the blankets while Moms workout. This is not your typical Mommy & Me fitness class. Babies are sometimes used as equipment, but not always. This is the time for you to focus on yourself with an incredible workout that will tighten and tone your body and give you the results you want!
