Recipe: Oatmeal Pancakes with Walnuts to support and nourish breastfeeding moms.

1 1/4 c Oatmeal
1 c yogurt
1 c milk (raw or nutmilk),                        
1 Tsp Honey,                                           
1/4 c organic flour (wheat or coconut),
1/4 whole wheat flour,                            
1 Tsp Baking Soda,                                    
1 Tsp salt,                                                    
2 large eggs beaten,                                  
1/4 c walnuts

Combine oats, yogurt, milk, and honey in a bowl. Stir in flours, salt, baking soda, beaten eggs, and mix. Add walnuts. It will be thick.

Cook, serve and eat as you would any other pancakes.
